Dr Monika Żuraw

Attorney at law

She has been practicing intellectual property law for almost 20 years. For 15 years she cooperated with one of the largest law firms in Warsaw, where she co-created the department of intellectual property. She has been assisting selected global brands, including advising on the strategies to protect intellectual property rights and conducting litigation. She has extensive experience in large projects, including some of international scope.

A graduate of the Law Faculty and the Faculty of Neophilology at  the University of Warsaw.

The author of the PhD thesis entitled “The scope of Trademark Protection Rights (content, infringement, exhaustion, limitations)” and other publications devoted to intellectual property law.

Many years of academic experience with the Law Faculty at the Cardinal Stephan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.

A member of the International Trademark Association, and member of the Brands and Innovation Committee in the 2016-2017 term.

Distinguished in the LEGAL 500 ranking.
